Our founder designed programmes for federal government agencies and authored "DAiNGER, DAiNGER!" — a practical guide to AI risks. We bring government-grade safety and rigour to every solution, ensuring your AI deployment is secure, compliant, and actually works. Every package includes Principal safety review — the person who designed federal programmes signs off on your deployment.
Yes — when it is deployed the right way. We follow government-grade safety protocols, so the AI only does what you want it to, every action is logged, and a human reviews anything important. You stay in control. If something is not safe to deploy, we will not deploy it.
We build AI so that mistakes never reach your customers unchecked. Every agent has human-in-the-loop review for anything important, a full audit trail of every action, and rollback so any action can be undone. Low-confidence decisions are flagged for a human to look at before they go out. That is what "AI that works as hard as you" means in practice — it does the work, you stay in control.
Yes. Our Compliance & Risk Agent automates document processing, audits, and regulatory compliance monitoring. We also offer a standalone Safety & Compliance Review service ($2,360) that audits your existing AI deployments for risk and compliance gaps using government-grade methodology.
Our plans start at $497/month for a single core agent with setup and training. The Growth plan is $1,297/month for 3 agent products with integrations. The Scale plan is $2,500/month for 5 agents with custom development. Enterprise plans start from $3,500/month for unlimited agents with private deployment options. Every plan includes Principal safety review.
Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at our standard rates: $125/hr for Associate-level work, $195/hr for Senior-level work, and $295/hr for Principal-level work. Small businesses (under 50 staff) receive a 15% discount on all additional hours.
Yes. Businesses with fewer than 50 staff receive a 15% discount on additional hours beyond their plan. This makes our services accessible to smaller businesses while maintaining the quality and safety standards we apply to every deployment.
We serve businesses of all sizes across Australia — including trades and construction, SMEs and retail, manufacturing and heavy industry, and government and enterprise. Our AI agents are configured for your specific workflows and industry requirements.
Most deployments go live within 48 hours of build completion. Our process is: Discover (audit and identify opportunities), Build (custom agents for your workflows), Deploy (integrate with existing tools and train your team), and Scale (monitor, optimise, and expand automation across your business).
The Free AI Opportunity Call is a 30-minute conversation with our Principal (founder) where we look at how your business runs today, identify where AI could save you time and make you money, and give you an honest read on whether AI is worth it for you right now. It is valued at $148, comes with no obligation, and you will leave with a clear picture of where AI can help — and where it cannot (yet).
We offer six AI agent products: Field/JobSite Agent (photo-to-quote, job reports, scheduling), Marketing & Content Agent (social posts, Google My Business, ad creatives), Lead & Revenue Agent (lead capture, qualification, nurturing), Operations Agent (scheduling, inventory, workflow automation), Compliance & Risk Agent (document processing, audits, regulatory compliance), and Asset Intelligence Agent (predictive maintenance, asset optimisation).
Yes. We integrate AI agents with your existing tools including Xero, ServiceM8, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and custom APIs. Our Integration Engineering service handles connecting AI agents to your current infrastructure without disruption.
